My
daughter visited Kenya two years ago but proir to the visit she had
heard that the locals in the area she was staying in were football
crazy and never had any kit etc, we were at the time fortunate enough
to have had a new kit sponsor so K.B. Oil services who had sponsored
the kit were kind enough to let us donate the kit, we had won the
league and Horace Wynne Trophy in that particular kit. We hope that
they have many hours of enjoyment with it and it brings it home to
you that no matter how much we complain regarding our prediciments
from time to time we are in far better shape than some (Written by

The picture to the left shows a charity match was played at Mold Alex,
the day was put together in the memory of Mark Morley who was Captain
at Mynydd Isa who sadly passed away, Mark was a firm favourite at
the club and had been associated with Wrexham as a youngster and done
the rounds with many top local clubs before coming to assist Mynydd
Isa.
Steve Hamil then the Manager at Mynydd Isa organised the day which
proved a great success, a night at the Argoed was attended at night
by ex proffesionals and many ex Mynydd Isa players to pay their respects,
great credit to Steve in his time here he worked wonders with nothing
and he still watches us today in his free time.
